Salon d'Automne: Grand Palais, Paris

The Salon d’Automne was created in 1903, in Paris, thanks to the goodwill of several artists fighting against a powerfull academicism that existed at that time. Over the last 100 years, its exhibitors have been witnesses of the emergence of the most important artistic movements of the century including : Fauvism, Surrealism, Cubism, Abstract art, New Figuration and Singular Art.
